So I start Turbo Fire on Monday! I will put up the schedule for each new week and review the week I just finished. So no week to review yet but here is my first week's schedule:
Monday- Fire 30 class + Stretch 10
Tuesday- HIIT 15 class + Stretch 10
Wednesday- REST
Thursday- Fire 30 class + Stretch 10
Friday- Fire 55 EZ class
Saturday- Fire 30 class + Stretch 10
Sunday- Core 20 class + Stretch 40
I hope I can make it through. Oh and Megan... you can try it anytime!
